Poshan Maah Celebration at Sulabh Public School
Sulabh Public School observed Poshan Maah with a series of engaging and informative activities aimed at promoting healthy eating habits and the importance of balanced nutrition among students from Classes I to VIII.
The celebration began with a special morning assembly where students learned about the benefits of nutritious food. A variety of class-wise activities followed, including:
- Poster Making (Classes VI–VIII): Students showcased their creativity by designing posters on good nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Fruit Salad Activity (Classes V–VII): Children brought fresh fruits, sprouts, and prepared colourful, nutritious salads together.
- Storytelling and Rhymes (Classes I–II): Teachers narrated fun stories and rhymes centred around healthy eating habits.
- Fancy Fruit Dress (Classes I–V): Young students dressed up as different fruits and spoke about their nutritional value.
- Pledge Ceremony: All students and teachers took a collective pledge to adopt healthy eating habits and stay fit.
The two-day celebration was a great success, reinforcing the message of “Eat Right, Stay Bright” in an enjoyable and memorable way.
