On the auspicious occasion of Gita Jayanti, Sulabh Public School organised a Shloka Recitation Competition on 1 December 2025 to inspire students with spiritual wisdom, promote interest in the Sanskrit language, and strengthen respect for India’s rich cultural heritage.
Students from Classes 6 to 10 participated with great devotion. They recited verses from the Bhagavad Gita with accurate pronunciation and a thoughtful understanding of their meanings. Their disciplined and expressive presentations reflected true dedication.
Three students delivered outstanding performances and secured the top positions:
- First Prize: Swastika Dalai (Class 8)
- Second Prize: Bhavna Agarwal (Class 7)
- Third Prize: Priyanshi Dixit (Class 7)
The winners were felicitated, and all participants were appreciated for their sincere efforts.
The event offered students a meaningful opportunity to connect with timeless values of duty, knowledge, and inner strength.
